| Performing Ensemble and Training Core! |
| Performing Ensemble ALL CLASSES ARE DONE FOR THE YEAR! Please check rehearsal schedule regularly. Please send your program ads to Judy Keenan or Mary Zimmer ASAP! The show will be held at the Olmsted Theatre at Adelphi University on Saturday, May 30, at 4 & 7:30pm and Sunday, May 31 at 1pm. The ticket sale will be held at the church on Tuesday, May 12, from 5-7pm, and Wednesday, May 13, from 5-6pm. Dance Project is a not-for-profit dance company for Garden City students 10 years old through high school as well as alumni members in college. Dance Project offers classes in jazz, ballet, pointe and technical development. Dancers are required to take three classes a week to meet commitment. They may choose any classes and opt to take a class in a higher or lower level to challenge or reinforce their dance technique. The benefit performance for Cystic Fibrosis this summer was a great success with nearly $5,000 raised for the foundation. |

| Training Core Registration for the fall program is ongoing. Tuesdays and Thursdays 4-5:30pm, October-April. Training Core provides intensive dance training in ballet and jazz to ready young dancers in grades 4-7 for entrance into the performing ensemble level. There is no audition, just a desire to improve dance technique and flexibility. For more information about Training Core, email the company or call Cristina at 747-0159. |
| *Dance Project follows the Garden City school calendar. If school is closed for holidays, there are no dance classes, unless previously arranged. If school is closed or after-school activities are cancelled due to inclement weather, dance classes are also cancelled. |
